Effective September 1, 2011 – Changes/Improvements to the PETL Benefits Plan
PETL is pleased to announce that, effective September 1, 2011, the PETL Life, Health and Dental Benefits Plan will be insured through a new provider. Manulife will be replacing
Great-West Life. The plan will continue to be administered by OTIP (Ontario Teachers Insurance Plan).
All PETL members should have received their new benefits cards as of Friday, September 9, 2011. Coverage remains the same, with the exception of some improvements to the plan. These changes were communicated in the June issue of the Health Matters newsletter, and in all-member emails (June 29 and August 29).
